Returns and Exchanges

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are allowed within 1 week of receiving your order. Item availability is not guaranteed, kindly make sure to check if the new size you’re requesting is currently in stock online before making your request. The item must be sent back with all tags attached, in the same condition as you received it. Kindly send an email to dopamineclothing22@gmail.com with the following details:

First & last name / Order Number / Phone Number / Item(s) being exchanged / New size requested / Exact delivery address / Reason for Exchange 
All exchanges have a 100 EGP processing & handling fee.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Returns are allowed within 1 week of receiving your order. Item must be unworn, in the same condition as you received it. Otherwise, your return/refund will not be accepted. All returns have a 100 EGP processing & handling fee.

*Returns/refunds/exchanges take up to 14 business days to be completed once your request is approved. The only way to process your request is through email. We do not process returns/exchanges through Instagram due to the big number of messages we receive.*
